In this subsection, we will analyze the Graduate Employment Survey (GES) 2023 report for the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). We will explore the employment outcomes of SUSS graduates, including their employment rates, starting salaries, and job roles. Gross Monthly Salary (SGD) #
The gross monthly salary for graduates of the Bachelor of Human Resource Management has been increasing steadily over the years. The median salary has increased from $3000 in 2019 to $3500 in 2023, while the average salary has increased from $2975 (< median) in 2019 to $3650 (> median) in 2023. The 25th and 75th percentile salaries have also shown a similar upward trend.
However, the average salary is higher than the 75th percentile salary consistently. This could be due to a few graduates earning significantly higher salaries, which skews the average salary upwards.
